Hi, I’m Patty — a certified personal trainer with a deep passion for movement, wellness, and helping people feel strong and empowered in their everyday lives.
I began my journey as a trainer in 2018, and since then, fitness has become much more than a profession for me — it’s a way to connect, support, and guide others through meaningful change. Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life — different ages, goals, and backgrounds — and I’ve learned that no two bodies (or stories) are ever the same. That’s exactly what inspires me to show up fully for each person I coach.
My approach blends different disciplines that have shaped me along the way. My foundation in CrossFit taught me the value of functional strength and mental resilience. Gymnastics helped me understand the power of body control, mobility, and grace through movement.
Working also in motocross preparation gave me insight into how to train for performance, balance, reaction in fast-paced, high-demand sports, prevent injuries, and fine-tune the details that truly matter for long-term progress.
Alongside physical training, I’m also a certified nutritional coach — because I believe real results come from caring for the body as a whole, not just in the gym. Whether you’re working toward performance goals, improving your health, or simply building confidence in your body again, I’m here to guide you with empathy, structure, and support.
I believe in coaching that feels honest, human, and personalized. I take the time to understand not just your fitness level, but your lifestyle, your mindset, and your “why.” My clients know me for being encouraging but realistic, warm but driven — and always committed to creating a safe space where growth can truly happen.
