One -on- one Training sessions

For those who prefer hands-on support and real-time guidance, in-person sessions are the most direct and tailored way to work toward your goals. These 1-on-1 sessions are fully personalized based on your fitness level, needs, and preferences — whether you’re just getting started or working toward something specific like strength, performance, recovery, or mobility.

I’ll be right there with you every step of the way , coaching form, adjusting as needed, and keeping you both challenged and supported. My background in functional training, CrossFit, gymnastics, and sports conditioning allows me to adapt our work to what best serves you.

Each 50 minutes session is intentional, effective, and designed to help you build confidence in your body and your movement.

Nutritional Coaching

Fitness isn’t just about how you move — it’s also about how you fuel and nourish your body. With nutritional coaching, we’ll work together to create simple, sustainable habits around food that support your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.

This isn’t about rigid diets or quick fixes. It’s about learning what works for you, your lifestyle and preferences,  understanding your body’s needs, and building a relationship with food that feels empowering, not restrictive.
