One -on- one Training sessions
For those who prefer hands-on support and real-time guidance, in-person sessions are the most direct and tailored way to work toward your goals. These 1-on-1 sessions are fully personalized based on your fitness level, needs, and preferences — whether you’re just getting started or working toward something specific like strength, performance, recovery, or mobility.
I’ll be right there with you every step of the way , coaching form, adjusting as needed, and keeping you both challenged and supported. My background in functional training, CrossFit, gymnastics, and sports conditioning allows me to adapt our work to what best serves you.
Each 50 minutes session is intentional, effective, and designed to help you build confidence in your body and your movement.
