I started training with Patty Marzana while preparing for enduro and the rally competitions I dedicate myself to, and I was able to have personalized workouts with all the positions, with all the detail and care from the coach to avoid injuries and make my training more effective. I was able to strengthen many muscles that were weak and that I couldn’t work on in a regular gym—especially those used on the bike or in other sports. She even improved my posture on the bike, my physical posture while walking, and I stopped having pain in my lower back or lumbar area.
